What travellers say about the experience

The trip was impeccable. The guides were excellent and the accommodation was of a very high standard. The food was excellent in every venue
— Keith McDonnell
Everything was done to a very high standard. We had a very memorable meal in a small restaurant that was opened only for our group. The owner caught most of the fish himself and was present to host us and to tell us about the food.
— Dag Goering
The tour was incredibly authentic and cultural. We weren’t quarantined in touristy areas, we got to see and mingle with many locals.

sustainability

  • Visitors embark on a fishing boat to get to know the Montgrí coast and the Medes Islands, a marine reserve with one of the best seabeds in the Mediterranean. After this visit, you'll be an expert about the involvement of local artisanal fishermen and the ancestral techniques used to promote the repopulation of cuttlefish and squid eggs in the bays.

  • Take a carriage ride through the Ter Plain, an area of agricultural end ecological interest along the coastline. It's the perfect occasion to discover the geology, fauna and flora of the area. And don't be fooled by appearances, the activity isn't proposed by just any equestrian centre; its philosophy of utmost respect for horses has made it a leader in this regard.

  • Two projects targeting the conservation of the local heritage will be supported during the visit: the conservation of Bagura tower and the conservation of the hermitage of Santa Caterina.
